		<description>After drying the pieces of ginger were quite nice. Sweet with a spicy kick and mostly broken down so it isn&#039;t a problem to eat them. 

The syrup had a very distinct taste of ginger. Should make a very good Thai-hito!</description>

If it goes directly on the burner you can definitelly use it for the Aebleskiver! 

Because of the comment on facebook, Melissa has decided they are to be called screwballs. Hehe</description>
